We have a 120 ft automated soft touch carwash tunnel. Your carwash begins by driving to the carwash entrance where an attendant will meet you. Our carwash attendant will explain to you the different carwash packages or answer any of your questions about our carwash. We recommend that you check with your automobile manufacturer wether your vehicle is prone to damage in drive- thru carwashes. The attendant will ask you to make sure that there are no loose objects on your car that may be dislodged. Our machines will lightly touch your vehicle but if a part of your car is already loose, it may fall out.
After you purchase the package you choose, you will drive your own vehicle into the carwash. You will be asked to put your vehicle in neutral. You will be reminded by the signs in the tunnel not to push on the brake pedal at anytime. Our conveyor machine will start moving your car forward. Keep your hands off the steering wheel until after you exit the carwash tunnel. It takes as fast as five minutes to get through the tunnel. Outside of the tunnel, another attendant will check on whether you purchase a full-service or express carwash so that you may be directed to the proper location. If you purchased a full-service package, you will be asked to exit your car and proceed to our restaurant/lobby.
In the restaurant/carwash lobby, we offer 5 large TVs, FREE WI-FI, and we also offer a food menu and a full- bar menu of cocktails and beers.
Why Wax Your Car?
Predating the automobile, it was European coach builders that first applied coatings of animal fats and wax to protect the custom paintwork on their horse drawn carriages. This tradition has endured over 100 years and is still the best way to protect the paintwork on modern-day coaches. Today, the multi-layered finish on your car, from the primer through the top (clear) coat, is only .006 to .008 of an inch thick. Regardless of how fine the finish is now, it will deteriorate and dull. Radiant and ultraviolet energy, acid rain, salt, atmospheric pollution, insect fluids, and bird droppings wage a constant war on your car’s finish. Waxing provides an easily renewable, transparent barrier between the finish and a hostile environment.
How long does wax last?
Many enthusiasts prefer the shine from Carnauba waxes. It is a deeper, richer shine and tends to mask and hide minor swirls in the paint. While Caranuba has the highest melting point of all natural waxes it does start to melt at 180 degrees F. A dark color vehicle parked in the sun on a summer day can have a sustained paint temperature exceeding 200 degrees f!
A good rule of thumb is to expect 50% of your Carnauba wax layer to be gone after 30 days, 75% after 60 days and 95% gone after 90 days. If you use a carnauba wax, you should plan on waxing your car four (4) times a year. You can extend the waxes life expectancy by parking indoors
Unlock the Beauty In Your Car's Finish.
Detailers and show-car owners know the secret to an award-winning finish is properly cleaning and polishing the surface prior to waxing. All paints age from exposure to ultraviolet light, pollution, and acid rain. Beautiful finishes gradually become dull and chalky. Waxing over these surfaces will only create a slight gloss over dull paint. To reveal the paint’s true vitality, vibrancy, and depth, it must be polished.
Polishing deep-cleans the paint, removes oxidation, old wax & minor swirls, and rejuvenates the top paint layer. It prepares the surface for waxing and insures maximum shine.
Warning! Your car’s finish is under assault. Radiant and ultraviolet energy, acid rain, salt, pollution, insect fluids and bird droppings wage a constant war on your car’s finish. Waxing provides an easily renewable, transparent barrier between the finish and a hostile environment.
